Our Head office is based in Centurion, from where our Support Centre and VeriClaim Bureau operate. Our state of the art training facilities accommodate VeriClaim & Bureau training for all practices based in Gauteng & surrounding areas.

Patients and doctors are frustrated filling in repetitive demographics forms over and over again. In particular, patients might fill in the same information multiple times at a healthcare encounter.
LogBox is a web and mobile application that allows patients to digitally connect to your practice and consent to the practice specific terms and conditions in a POPI compliant manner. The practice can also customise their own special questions using the LogBox form editor. These questionnaires can be completed by the patient before arriving for their appointment.
The demographic data can then automatically populate the Vericlaim system. This will create operational efficiency in the practice and reduce bad debt by ensuring accurate patient information.
